Receiving Merchandise
When will I receive my order?
Most GleamWear items are made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary due to supply needs. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or for large custom orders. Tracking information will be shared once items have been shipped.
Do you offer expedited shipping or rush orders?
Rush orders & expedited shipping may be available on select items. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, GleamWear ships within the United States Only.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

GleamWear offers local pickup for customers in the area. Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready. At this time, delivery is not available.

What do I need to know if picking up my order?
​
Pickup instructions will be shared via email or text when your order is complete. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements are made. Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a photo ID. Orders may be picked up by a listed or approved alternative person. Orders not picked up within the allotted time frame may be subject to storage limitations or late fees. Please contact us if you need an extension or would like to arrange shipping for an additional fee.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Because most GleamWear items are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for sizing, color preference, or design selection.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Can I exchange my items?
Exchanges are not available on custom or personalized items. Please review size charts carefully before ordering. For non-custom orders, please contact us. If an exchange is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
Garment Care
How do I care for my sparkle apparel?
To preserve your design while washing, turn garments inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle. Most garments can be tumble dried on low, however specific garments require hang or lie flat drying. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and ironing directly on designs. Please check individual garment care instructions for specific details. *avoid excess friction* *Do not dry clean*
Will rhinestones or spangles fall off?

Our garments are made with high-quality materials, but some stone or spangle loss may occur over time with normal wear. Proper care helps extend the life of your sparkle. ​
Heat Transfers
How to press Spangle Transfers
Pre-press garment to remove excess moisture. Press transfers at 270-290*F using medium to firm pressure for 10-15 seconds. Gently rub spangles with cloth or excess garment material (ex: the sleeve or bottom of the shirt). Allow transfers to cool until warm to the touch (* Do NOT peel transfer sheet off while still hot. Spangles will not adhere to garment*). While holding the garment flat, peel transfer sheet using a back & forth motion. If spangles lift, replace transfer sheet and re-press for another 5-10 seconds and repeat above process.
Do I need a heat press or can I use an iron?
A heat press is strongly recommended for best results. Household irons do not provide even pressure and may cause poor adhesion.
Do I need to use a cover sheet?
Yes. Always use a teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect garment, the spangles and your machine. *Avoid pressing garment features that are sensitive to heat (ex: buttons, zippers, plastic ends of strings, etc.).

How long should I wait before washing?

Wait 24-48 hours before washing to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
Important Notes for Pressing Transfers:
- Not recommended for heat-sensitive fabrics
- Do not stretch garment while hot
- GleamWear is not responsible for application errors
